Okay, so we know you’ve probably heard “horror stories” about building but they don’t happen on our watch. We have developed a system that makes it easy for you to be involved in your new custom home project without being overwhelmed. We have skillfully organized all the steps and decisions into a clear and manageable timeline and we hold your hand every step of the way… unless you don’t want your hand held! Our goal is to help you turn your ideas into a reality that fits your lifestyle, your preferences and your budget. - Choose from one of our designs. We offer a complete design-build process beginning with our expansive collection of portfolio plans. Our flexible designs can be modified based on your preferences. So you like a kitchen layout in one plan but want the master bedroom suite in another? No problem. We own our designs and so we can change them to meet your needs. Want to add a basement or bonus room, expand the garage or delete a bathroom? Easy to do and you have the advantage of getting a custom home without paying for a custom home design. Wow! You’ve already saved thousands of dollars on your new home and we are just getting started! Browse through our designs and then email or call us to talk about your ideas. We always have new designs “in the works” so get in touch with us and we’ll gladly send you our design packet.
- Create your own design. “Have it your way!” We will work with you and our design professionals to develop your own custom home plan and help you establish a project budget. For our customers who love the design process, we will work with you to create preliminary plans and establish budget guidelines. So bring us your doodles on your napkin or the sketches on your notepad and we will help you create your masterpiece!
- Bring us your Architectural Designs. We work closely with you and your architect to build the custom North Idaho home of your dreams! Using your architectural plans and specifications, we will collaborate with your design professional and our subcontractor and suppliers to get bids on all aspects of your project. We have access to the most talented craftsmen along with the highest quality materials in the region. Our reputation as a builder affords us some of the best pricing available from suppliers and subcontractors.
